Buyer Services
• Our expertise in the assessment of your specific wants and needs as they apply to the purchase of your new home.
• Our expertise and guidance as to what neighborhoods and buidings may be appropriate for you.
• Provide you with our custom, Chicago Free MLS Search. Our service automatically emails you all the listings that fit your specific criteria. This is the exact same MLS (Multiple listing Service) that Chicago Real Estate Agents use. You will get the, hottest, most up to date listings, before most real estate agents see them!
• We shall perform a Competitive Market Analysis when you find a condo, loft or home that interests you. This CMA will reveal what similar Chicago condo/ loft units, in the same building have recently sold for. The CMA for a single family Chicago home will show you what similar homes in the neighborhood have recently sold for.
• We will prepare and submit your offer (and all associated documents) when you are ready. We will aggressively use our natural skills as negotiators to obtain the absolute best price and terms for you, the buyer.
• We will always explain everything and do our best to give you a crystal clear understanding of every step of the buying process.
All of our Buyer services are free to you. The Seller pays all of the commission fees. Make absolutely certain that you are represented by a Buyers Agent. Remember, your real estate agent is either working for you or the seller!
