What is a Chicago Condo?
A Condo (condominium) can best be defined as an individual unit in an apartment building, or other multiple-unit residential building/ complex. In this multi-unit building, each of the units (condos) are individually owned. Each owner receives a deed to the unit purchased, including the right to sell or mortgage that unit, and sharing in joint ownership of any common grounds, passageways, garages, gardens, etc.
