The project is expected to be completed by next may with most of the condos already been sold out. The buyers include both the suburbanites as well as young professionals. A 770-square foot loft costs $224,000 while a 4,000-square foot penthouse with three terraces cost around $1.8million. The commercial space is also well done keeping in mind the type of customers, who are mainly students and use the stores to more as a library.
