New developments on the Drexel Boulevard

New housing and commercial development on the south side is attracting people from the north side as well as other suburbs. Younger professionals looking for affordable housing are turning towards the south side. One, of the many new developments is the Jazz on the Boulevard. This $35 million project has variety of homes including one and two floor condominiums, row houses and town houses. The condominiums start at 900 feet the row houses and town houses are 3,000 and 2,000 feet respectively. The development is present between 41st street and 42nd place on the west side of the Drexel Boulevard.

Drexel Boulevard has many new and renovated homes. One such furnished model is the two-story Ellington condominium. They offer two or three bedrooms, two baths and a one-car garage units priced from $306,000. The total area of the living space in each unit is 1,500 feet with 200 square foot garage. Nine-foot ceiling on the main level is an attraction and the base price includes all the appliances in the kitchen including the refrigerator.
