Centex launches first clubhouse communities
Centex homes is coming up with three new residential communities centered around clubhouses in the southwestern part of Chicago.These clubhouse communities are first of their kind for Centex Homes.A total of 3,104 units are expected to come up in the three suburbs of Joliet, Manhattan and Yorkville according to the developers.
The more three thousands homes will comprise of single-family homes, duplex homes and condos. A total of 27 will open by next March for homebuyers inspections.
Joliet will see the first houses coming up around the 6700 square foot community clubhouse which will feature swimming pool and a park. Other features of the community include picnic pavilions, water features, neighborhood parks and elementary school. Boulevard entrance will feature ponds and fountains.
Yorkville and Manhattan are expected to follow shortly and pre-sales have been brisk in both the communities.
