New developments in Austin
An $11 million project with 26 townhouses and 15 condos are coming up in Austin. Two sites the 445-57 N.Waller Avenue and 420 N.Waller together comprise the development site with a combined 33,000 square feet of space.
Chicago developer GenOne and Michael W.Scott have partnered with Lake Waller LLC to build this project. One of the sites is owned by Lake Waller and the approval process is going on for the purchase of the other. At the 445-54 N Waller 26, three-story townhouses are planned.
Each unit will have three bedroom, 2.5 bath units and two garages on 2,200square feet of space. The price of the units will be below $300,000. The L-shaped 15-unit condo of three stories will have two bedrooms with two baths on 1,300 square feet of space. These units will priced below $200,000. The site is easily visible when coming from Central Avenue and down Lake Street and to make its presence felt Pappageorge Haymes Ltd are the architects of the building.
