The Deming Row Condo conversions are one of the biggest condo developments coming up at Lincoln Park. Six vintage buildings are being converted into condominiums on North Hampden Court, West Deming and North Clark in the eastern section of the neighborhood. A total of ninety-eight apartments will be converted into condos in this development.
