600 N. Lake Shore Drive - A 400-condo project
The area between North Michigan Avenue and Navy Pier is a rapidly growing part of Chicago. This area known as Streetville will see 13 new condo projects coming shortly. A new condo project a joint venture of the Belagravia Group and Sandz Development Co. is to come up at 600 N. Lake Shore Drive.
Consisting of two towers the condo project will have 400 condos in total. The towers will be 60 feet part will have 9-story base structure. The North tower a 40 story-structure will have residential housing on 31 floors and the South tower will have 46 floors and have 37 floors of residential houses. The base will have parking, lobby, fitness center, dry cleaning services and business facility.
All the condos in the North Tower are already sold and homes will be ready for move-in by summer 2007. The construction on South Tower is expected to start immediately after. There are many floor plans to choose from and most buyers are suburbanites wanting a city home, empty-nesters and singles wanting more space.
