Chicago's Condo Market Vibrant And Healthy:
Chicago's condo market is just like any place other else seems to be a jumble of contradictions. The lower end less expensive condos are selling like hot cakes while the luxury market is slightly in oversupply. But it is the luxury segment that is scheduled to have more condos added to the already large number.
Chicago's condo market is reported to be healthy and there isn't really any big development that is likely to upset the condo market. Big projects like Millennium Park has been completed and quite a few others are all set to start construction this year on prime locations through out the city. Many of the developments report complete sell-out even before construction begins. Other areas around the city are still growing, more condominiums are being developed and sales of existing buildings are far from slowing down
In a city like Chicago with its diverse mix of people, requirements and buyers there is always to more and more new condo projects. The hectic pace of development is continuing and it shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
