Chicago Condos - Designers Add Class To Condo Projects

Design is an important part of the building. Developers from all parts of America are turning towards architects to design the exterior of the upcoming projects. Architects like Michael Graves and Daniel Libeskind who of late have been doing work on museum and other public buildings have been called upon to design new buildings. The renaissance in the suburban residential building can be seen in the mirrored and curved exterior of the condos, glass enclosed walkways and glass expanses.

Libeskind who has to his credit the design of the museum of Berlin and has also won laurels for master plan he has designed for the World Trade Center in New York City. The Ascent, designed by Libeskind is a crescent shaped condominium having curve of mirrored glass in the exterior. It is expected to begin this year along the Ohio River in Covington at an estimated cost of $40 million. Architects involvement in the design of urban condo projects, makes the project unique to the buyers.
