Trump International Hotel & Tower
The Trump International Hotel & Tower also know as Emporis Building Number 102119, bordering the streets East Kinzie Street, North Rush Street, North Wabash Avenue and located in downtown Chicago. The 92-story high-rise will be 415 m (1,362 ft) tall and expected to be completed by 2008.
The building will come up at the site where the Chicago-Sun Times newspaper had its headquarters. Chicago Sun-Times was one of the city's two major newspapers The building is setback at three levels which will give the tower a visual continuity with its surroundings by matching the heights of the Wrigley Building's main block, the twin towers of Marina City, and the IBM Building. The building, which was originally planned to have large office section on the lower floors, will now be reserved for residential homes.
