Suburban Chicago Condos Up for Auction

Suburban Chicago Condos in Arlington Heights are finally going up for auction. The eleven suburban Chicago condos at 151 W. Wing St. were completed almost three years ago, but they are only now becoming available for sale.

The suburban Daily Herald reported that the condos were originally priced at $339,000 to $975,000. At auction, buyers should be able to get a good deal on these luxury units.

The suburban Chicago condo market is reasonably strong, says Tom Stengren, a trustee of Village Green, LLC, but a short-term surplus of units on the market has made it difficult to sell some remaining units.
