Chicago Condo Tower Planned for South Loop

A new Chicago condo tower is planned for Marquee Michigan Avenue. The 25-story building will contain 215 condominiums, including 1 bedroom Chicago condos that will sell for just under $200,000 and 2 bedroom units that will start in the mid-$200,000 range. 3 bedrooms condos will cost somewhere in the mid-$300,000s, and Penthouses will go for more that $600,000. The building will offer condominium-owners access to a workout facility, a theater room, and a bicycle storage area. Deeded parking will also be available.

The Chicago Sun-Times reports that the Chicago condos will be completed in summer 2007.
