Mayor Daley Leads Chicago to the Top

Monday's edition of Time Magazine described Mayor Richard M. Daley as one of the 5 best metropolitan mayors in the United States of America. By giving him this honor, this highly prestigious publication has drawn attention to all of the great progress the metropolis of Chicago has made over the course of Daley's term, from laying down more green space to the construction of the new Millenium Park to the city's on-the-mend education program.
